RTÉ Media Sales – Digital, in collaboration with MediaCom Dublin, delivered a unique rich media takeover for ŠKODA Ireland giving users a new way of interacting. Using the latest innovative ad technology, ŠKODA achieved standout through the ‘Dual Screen’ takeover ad format across RTÉ.ie, promoting the new ŠKODA Fabia with a chance to win the car.

“This simple but very effective functionality allows both desktop and mobile platforms to be bridged together resulting in a more impactful campaign. This gives the user a richer and more immersive experience with the brand”, said Regina Geraghty, Ad Operations, RTÉ Media Sales – Digital.

This ad format was a first for RTÉ.ie and worked really well to encourage an immediate call to action with interaction between the target audiences’ desktop and mobile.
