Conor Mullen
Commercial Director

Conor has been in sales and marketing for over 22 years and has most recently worked in the mobile and media sectors.

Conor is Commercial Director of RTÉ Digital, the division responsible for the delivery of on-demand content to audiences of RTÉ, the Irish national broadcaster. He has commercial responsibility for the development of RTÉ.ie, RTÉ Aertel, RTÉ player, RTÉ Mobile and RTÉ Guide.

A graduate of Trinity College, he joined RTÉ in 2005, having previously worked for Independent Newspapers, Vodafone and Xerox.

Sales and Business Development Manager

Ken has over 20 years commercial experience, 10 of which is in the online and print advertising market.

He joined RTÉ in 2003, having previously worked for Standard Life Fund Managers and Tribune Newspapers. He has commercial responsibility for the development of RTÉ.ie, RTÉ player, RTÉ Mobile, RTÉ Aertel.

He is a founding member and former Chair of the Mobile Council of IAB Ireland.

Regina Geraghty
Trafficking & Ad Operations Coordinator

Regina has been with RTÉ Digital for 5 years, having previously worked in the area of graphic design.

Her key clients are Starcom, Radical and Mediavest. She has been involved in a number of innovative campaigns including numerous RTÉ media first formats for clients such as Samsung, O2 and Emirates.

Regina holds a BA in Visual Communications.

Kay Moylan
Key Account Manager

Kay joined RTÉ Digital having previously worked on the RTÉ Guide. Kay has over 10 years media sales experience. Prior to RTÉ she worked on titles such as Cara magazine and Irish Computer.

Kay is responsible for online sales advertising across RTÉ’s digital platforms including RTÉ.ie, RTÉ Player and RTÉ Mobile. Kay manages a key portfolio of advertising agencies and has been involved in a number of key innovative campaigns including Vodafone, Renault, Failte Ireland, PTSB and Hyundai.

Kay holds the Graduateship in Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Ireland.

Ad Operations Manager

Mary has over 8 years experience working in the advertising industry. Mary has been with RTÉ Digital since December 2012. Prior to working with RTÉ, Mary has previously worked in ad operations for Yahoo! and TV3 and in account management with Tradedoubler.

Mary holds a BA in Multimedia.

Trafficking & Ad Operations Coordinator

Kasia has 10 years experience in digital marketing including 3 years working on mobile advertising solutions, having previously worked with Sky, BBC and Irish Rugby.

She has been with RTÉ Digital for over a year, and has been involved in a number of innovative projects like mobile and on-line rich media advertising, integrating of monetisation products.

Stephen has been with RTÉ Digital since May 2011 where he has provided support & analysis for the Commercial team. Prior to this he worked in Business Intelligence and reporting Roles in the IT SME and multinational space.

Stephen Holds a BSc in Applied Computing.

SallyAnn King
Branded Content Manager

SallyAnn has over 7 years experience as a Digital Planner and Strategist. She cut her teeth in the digital world in Net Behaviour as Digital Trafficker and EyeWonder in Rich Media Trafficking, moving to Mindshare in 2008.

More recently SallyAnn worked in Starcom as Digital Account Director across both the Heineken and AIB brands. SallyAnn has worked on various clients across the Gaming, Motor and FMCG sectors.

SallyAnn manages a key portfolio of advertising agencies and is responsible for online advertising across RTÉ’s digital platforms including RTÉ.ie, RTÉ Player and RTÉ News Now. More recently SallyAnn has also been creating branded content as part of RTÉ Create.

SallyAnn has a BA in Digital Media Communications.

Cara Doyle
Branded Content Manager

Cara Doyle is a TV producer with over 10 years’ experience in both Ireland and the UK and she has worked on prime time shows for TV3, RTÉ and Warner Bros. She is also a contributing journalist to a number of Irish newspapers and magazines.

More recently Cara was also involved in creating advertiser funded programming for RTÉ TV, including the Today show on RTÉ 1 and Trending on RTÉ 2.

Cara is responsible for creating branded content across RTE’s digital platforms including RTÉ.ie, RTÉ Player, and RTÉ News Now.

Cara holds a combined honours degree in Journalism and Broadcasting.

Colm Phair
Programmatic Specialist

Colm has been working in digital media since 2012, having previously worked with Electric Media, Carat Australia and Newsquest Digital in the UK.

Colm will lead the day to day programmatic operations for the RTÉ digital division working closely with programmatic partners continuing to grow RTÉ’s programmatic offering all the while providing strategic thinking behind platform inventory and delivery.

Colm holds a B.Comm and a H Dip in Electronic Commerce from National University of Ireland, Galway.

Áine Gallagher
Commercial Marketing Coordinator

Áine has been working in marketing since 2012 having previously worked in advertising and marketing for Lidl Ireland and Northern Ireland, and also for HBO in New York. Áine hold a degree in Business and Marketing from Ulster University.

Áine will lead the B2B marketing for the RTÉ Digital Media Sales division working closely with the team to communicate our service offering and lead the market in innovation. Áine will manage marketing strategy, events, websites and all other marketing communications.

Kieran Broderick
Ad Operations Coordinator

Kieran has been appointed Ad Operations Coordinator at RTÉ Media Sales. Kieran has been working in digital media since 2013, having previously worked with Electric Media, and VerticalScope in Canada.

He has been involved in innovative USA auto campaigns for clients such as Toyota, Chrysler and Ford, developing custom content & creative for a large number of client sites.

Lisa Dunne
Ad Operations Coordinator

Lisa has joined RTÉ Media Sales as Ad Operations Coordinator. Lisa began working in radio since university and has worked in 4FM, FM104 and was traffic manager in Dublin’s Q102.

She was in radio and TV traffic in RTÉ before moving to the digital team in 2017.

Lisa is responsible for uploading campaigns onto the various ad operations systems, dealing with queries and ensuring campaigns reach their targets for clients.

Oscar Kennedy
Key Account Manager

Oscar joined RTÉ Digital having previously worked RTÉ Television. Working in the in the TV Implementation team for 3 years and the Client Sales team for 2 years. In that time, Oscar has been responsible for the delivery of television campaigns across a diverse range of clients for all of Ireland's main advertising agencies. Also working to deliver bespoke advertising solutions for new and existing advertisers.

Oscar has also experience working for Channel 4's Irish sales house Medialink as a Sales Executive, and as an Account Manager for Mediacom Dublin. Oscar is now responsible for key digital advertising accounts across RTÉ.ie, RTÉ News Now and RTÉ Player.
